Joseph Thomas began studying magic at a young age in his hometown of St. Louis. After moving to Los Angeles in 2012, Joseph quickly began making waves with his mind-blowing miracles at the famous Magic Castle. While performing regularly for Hollywood celebrities including John C. Reilly, Trevor Noah, Jimmy Kimmel, and others, Joseph captured the attention of A-listers Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie who hired Joseph to teach their children magic.
It was during his time in Los Angeles that Joseph met his partner Yani Nikole. Yani has been a long time lover of all things spooky and impossible including tarot readings and ghost adventures, and magic of course.
Together now in Nashville, Tn., Joseph and Yani have created their new act together, the Mystical Misfits. Their debut week at House of Cards Nashville was non-stop with 30 shows in just one week.
From mind-boggling close-up magic to head scratching mentalism, Joseph and Yani’s talents lie in creating impossible moments spectators will think about for years to come.
